Triton was founded in Thessaloniki in 1995.  The first base in Halkidiki opened 2 years later.  There are now 5 Triton locations.

Instructors:

Dimitris Kinigopoulos: Fin-Swimming Champion Dimitris is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor as well as Coach to the current Greek National team of Fin Swimmers and Dive Instructor for Thessaloniki University.  Dimitris speaks Greek, German and English.

Dimitris Tsiklis: Also a Fin-Swimming Champion.  Dimitris is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor as well as Coach to the current Greek National team of Fin Swimmers and Dive Instructor for Thessaloniki University.  Dimitris speaks Greek, German and English.

George Bochin: George is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor originally from Russia.  George moved to Greece as a child and now lives in Halkidiki or Thessaloniki depending on the time of year.  George speaks Greek, English and Russian.

Jiotis Pagonakis: Jiotis is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.  He is Greek but grew up in Germany.  Jiotis is also a language teacher and was once a European Gymnastics Champion.  Jiotis speaks Greek, German, English and French.

Haris Tsimperis: Haris is a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.  When he’s not teaching he can be found at the port in Thessaoniki carrying out underwater work on boats.  Haris speaks Greek and English.

Karla Brooker: Karla is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor from South-East London.  Karla first came to Greece 15 years ago on holiday and loved it so much that she decided to live here.  Karla speaks English but has committed to learn Greek as soon as possible!
